About SoulGood
We believe that we can all have and live a 10/10 life. Especially if we are super clear on what we really want, what truly lights us up, and makes us feel our most alive.
We believe in living lives that we truly feel aligned with, are energized by, and allow us to make a lasting impact in the lives of those we love, the organizations we lead and contribute to, the communities we serve, and the world around us.
Sound aspirational?
Perhaps.
But worth pursuing and going ALL IN for.
We know that one of the most important parts of living a truly SoulGood life is surrounding ourselves with other amazing high-vibe human beings, who are as committed as we are to show up, dive deep, and support one another to do the inner and outer work needed to get clear and live exceptional lives - all while having fun, celebrating, and being real with one another along the way :)
If that’s you too, then we’d love to have you join us!

Janell Karst
Co-Founder & Facilitator at SoulGood
Certified Executive Coach
“Be Badass. Be unapologetic about going after what makes you feel alive and lights your soul on fire.” - Janell Karst
Janell is a self-proclaimed BADASS - in all areas of her life. She lives on the West Coast, married to the love of her life, raising their amazing daughter, and living their best life adventuring with their sheepadoodle Stella.
Janell believes in living an exceptional, SoulGood life and surrounding herself with like-souled amazing humans, who are always looking to reimagine what’s possible and get to making it happen. No excuses.
Janell has rocked a corporate marketing career for the last 12 years after getting her business degree. Over the past 2.5 years, she has also added entrepreneur, facilitator and Certified Executive Coach to her list of growing superpowers - something that she will tell you ‘lights her soul on fire’.
Building a SoulGood life for Janell starts with personal leadership, clarity about what we really want, and planning and systems to support execution (one of her superpowers). Janell believes that everyone should be the CEO of their own lives, and she gets fired up talking about her planning systems, weekly alignment meetings with her family, and the annual soulbatticals and retreat experiences that leave her feeling refreshed and ready to climb the next summit.
But first, it starts with a foundation of her non-negotiables: morning routines including a good sweat, meditation and growth, nutrition to support the energy and vibe she needs to rock her days, and lots of sleep. Soul-filling, offline weekends, and most importantly - BEING WHERE HER FEET ARE, with those she loves the most.
